Gregorio Residence Toms River Township, NJ Our client's small beach home, and community, were demolished in Hurricane Sandy. She required a replacement on a shoestring budget. Because of a growing interest from clients in a similar situation, an opportunity arose to introduce a new architectural style to the region, an upgrade from the existing typical one-story 1950's bungalow to a more modern style beach house. The result was a modular style home that was affordable, user-friendly, easy to maintain and exceeded FEMA safety requirements.
